new owner on toronto... where to day trip?

Hey guys, just got my 2016 370z about a week ago, so pumped for it. I've been in love with the Z series for so long now and finally can say I've bought my first one. Would love to come to a Toronto meet if any are still happening this time of year.

Anyways the point of my post was to ask you guys where the best driving roads are located outside the city... went on my first day trip on the weekend to forks of the credit up near highway 10 but was amazed at how many cops I saw, anyone have any tips on what roads I should head to?

Thanks in advance

Hey Z in the 6, congrats. I am also a new Z owner. Picked up my Blue Z a couple of weeks ago and loving' it so far. Loads of cops in that stretch of Peel Region. They are everywhere though. Try the Niagara region for some nice driving.See you around the 416/905. Cheers. Nick

Welcome to the forum new GTA Z owners! ;)

I've had mine since April, and yeah I've been around the GTA but mostly in the east end considering my location. The most scenic route I've done was to Cobourg, but take the long route, head east on the 401 to Newcastle, go south on Mill Street until you hit Lakeshore Road, take Lakeshore all the way to Cobourg :). Great drive with a very old bridge, train tracks and a view of Lake Ontario almost the entire way, hardly any traffic as well and never did see any cops the 3 times I've done this trip.

Well worth the trip, Cobourg is a great little town to visit with an amazing beach.

Thanks Night Blade. Great suggestion. I think I will head up to Halton Hills, Milton, Burlington area. The escarpment has some nice curvy roads and the scenery is quite spectacular this time of year. Congrats on the new Z. Enjoy it before the snow starts to fly.
Cheers.

Still under 6k, so no oil change just yet, will do it at the Ajax Nissan before parking my Z for the winter.

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed some of this beautiful weather we had? It was a nice couple of days for cruising in the GTA. Cheers to all.
