I thought the swift race springs were standard fit for 3 different coilover sizes only? Do they make a linear spring that fits the stock suspension? have a link by chance? :)

It probably depends on how you are counting. What swift is most likely doing is running the initial coils very soft and collapsing instantly and then once compressed it will be a 10k rate from there, just as if you had a 10k linear spring and then helper springs underneath.

So if your counting the rate from full extension then yes it's progressive just as a helper and main setup overall rate would be progressive. If your counting after initial sag (ride height) then it may be linear, just as a helper and main setup would be.

Really someone needs to put them on a spring tester and test the rate after the "drop/helper coils" have fully compressed to truly verify they are linear.

Does anyone know a 2016 nissan 370z sport strut (front and rear) will fit onto a 2010 base 370z? The dealership has no idea without the part number. Can anyone tell me of any fitment issue? I planned on buying it used.

The newer Nismo suspension is still a bit stiffer. But not as stiff as the older Nismo.
