Unless you intend to adjust your height periodically, or want to be slammed, I recommend passing on coilovers and getting a set of Koni yellows + swift sport springs.

I have a set of megans on my car i picked up super hella cheap and when properly set up and not slammed they are really not bad. Plus when they go i am going to have feal rebuild them. If you can afford the bc coils with the swift springs i would definitly do that though, the hks coils are overated from what ive heard from a few guys at the track

Koni Yellows and a set of Swift-R's is an amazingly good setup, especially at the price.

What is your goal/intention with the car?

I just bought BC coilovers the other day, I drive the car a lot and my intentions are I want the car to have a lower profile and occasionally take it on the track

This our Vote on Coilovers,

KW V3's
Powertrix Coilovers
BC Racing

or if you are looking for a solid damper / spring setup and not looking to go hella flush the Koni x Swift Combo is pretty amazing for the price and performance you get. I personally run a Custom Koni Coilover setup on my personal Z32. if you have any questions or want to get a deal on some coilovers feel free to PM me and I'll take care of you.
