Since stance and these are the only true coil I can afford, I wonder if he can convince me some how. A vender wants me to buy up and down for stance but a venders not an owner.

I'm sending him some cheap old megan's I picked up for new springs and valving

How are you defining better? There are a lot of dampers in this entry level range that do the same thing for price (customer rate, rebuild stateside, made to order, etc). Unless one of the brands can meet a specific spec for competition, it really just comes down to what colors you like on a part you rarely look at.

If you're just looking to lower your car and have good ride quality I'm sure these are great.

Reliability is most important to me
I dont want the shocks to leak after a few years
