Rear sway only setting question
I'm putting on eibach rear sway only and running stock front. Would middle setting still be best or softest setting?
|
Why would you do this? My guess is that any setting is going to make the car handle awkwardly
|
If you leave the front the same and stiffen the rear, the car's balance will move toward oversteer. It comes with lawyer-induced understeer, so you will probably get to neutral somewhere in the rear sway bar settings, but I don't know where.
I would start with the softest setting. |
I went ahead and put in the middle.
Less under steer is what I'm looing for but mostly because I bought it used (person wasn't able to get front off before traded in). I may get front eventually. Street car but I'll test it out to see if necessary to really get front for my driving. |
Feels goods, car isn't all of a sudden an oversteering monster. Behaves same maybe a little flatter hard to tell. But everything is more firm. Back is defiantly stiffer, don't think I will be putting the nismo springs on anymore.
