No. Most likely pad deposits. Stop holding the brakes when you're stopped at a light.

Thanks man. I figured it was heat build up perhaps from that. No good as it will lead to warped rotors. Thanks.

Yep, pads. You can see the brake pad grooves in that 3rd pic
