SPC 72130 front camber arm red or black?

I am looking to get some front camber arms from spc, but I keep seeing pictures of them that have a red bushing cover or a black bushing cover and I am wondering if there is a difference between the two...?

Mine are red.

Just got mine today and they are black... Anyone have any clue why they are black instead of red?

Its a piece of steel. If it isn't rusting and the rubber bushings aren't falling apart it will be fine. Don't worry.

Agreed. The part you bought is fine and you'll never see once it is installed.

I'm aware they are structurally fine, just wondering if anyone knows what the difference is between the 2. Just odd that they are all red except these ones......

In this video by spc they are Black I believe the offer both colors as i have seen both types. As long as they are stamped you are fine.

Vendors change stuff all the time.
Remember SPC does NOT make ball joints, they buy them from outside vendors.

As long as the round stock is welded to the flat stock on the end and both sides, you know you have the latest version.

The earlier versions were just welded at the tip of the round stock.

I purchased a pair of used camber arms and noticed a difference between the ball joints. I uploaded a video of it below.

Is it supposed to be smooth like the first arm or stiff like the second arm?
