If you drop the car at all, expect to have to buy a camber kit.

You get what you pay for in the world, and the Z isnt cheap. You cant really throw cheaper bc's/kw v1s or stances for a "performance upgrade". IMHO. Best to stay stock if you dont have around $2000 to drop minimum on parts (coilovers and arms) alone

Konis, swift springs and camber arms cost a hell of a lot less than $2k.

I think OP is surprised that he came here and got honest and helpful answers. It's not always common on the interwebs these days. Just one more testament to the awesomeness of the people that own 370's.

I was referring to the coilover route - i could have probably stated that a little clearer

Another vote for konis and swifts, but I may be bias...

KW Variant 3.
SPL front camber arms.
SPL rear camber arms.
Installation and alignment.
Pull bitches = profit.

Dont forget its pretty much not worth it to lower that much without front and rear camber arms and toe bolts. No point in lowering if you cant align it right

True thats why I've already bought the SPC Front/Rear camber kit.

You're right about that - another reason why i'm happy to be part of this community.

Just be careful with the SPC front arms. They are known to have problems with adjustment slippage when the car is driven hard.

Really? damn - is there better ones I should invest in? I can still return these.

Thanks - I'll def look into SPL. I'm not looking to go cheap w the 370z. Hell, I didn't do that with the maxima either.

Chuck33079 01-19-2014 09:26 PM

Spc arms aren't going to slip on the street. They're just not up to track use.

:iagree:

The fact is the choices are pretty limited. It's Kinetix and SPC for street use and SPL and Doran for track use. If money doesn't matter at all then get the Doran arms but be warned they cost more than many sets of coilovers.
