Z1 SS lines with twist
 

The tech that installed my Z1 SS lines must have tightened the fitting that swivels first and then the one that is static, and it led to a twist in my passenger side line. Think this is too much twist or am I worrying about nothing?

Also, we had to tighten these fittings ridiculously tight to get them to not leak when we were bleeding. Has anyone else had this type of problem with the Z1 lines? I've not noticed any threads about that.

SS lines have to be just right or they do that. Personally I'd want it perfect and did when I installed mine. Takes some finesse. You can fix it, don't need a tech.

I would fix it if it were me as well. If it's not leaking break performance probably won't be affected but, when was the last time you wanted to hear (Probably) when talking breaks?

You all recommend just taking off the line at the brass block attached to the shock and letting the tension out there?

I'd crack it loose and fix it also, but I'm anal about things like this. I'd recommend a brake bleed after you open the lines up.

Cracked this loose and fixed it yesterday. Cant tell you guys how good it is to have bought a Motive Power bleeder.
