I recently switch my insurance company to State Farm , don't know what to do. I can't go call my old insurance and bring this up they wouldn't care I'm not with them anymore. Pretty much in a Hole

Why not? The claim was paid out by them.

Booked my a$$! It doesn't matter that it's not your DD - they gave you a car that appears to still be damaged and possibly very unsafe. Contact your insurance company and see if they can't build a fire under someone's a$$ and get you a safe vehicle. If the shop that did the work gives you any static, don't argue with them, call a lawyer.

:iagree:

Local news time?

WTF? If a shop screwed up your car, why in the world are you on here asking questions, instead of standing on someone's desk, raising hell? Makes no sense to me. I can understand wanting to understand how the suspension works, but do that AFTER the idiots fix your car. I'd be burning down phone lines and blowing up my adjuster's cellphone until my car was fixed right. Call a tow service, haul the car back to that shop, tell them to fix it NOW, not next freaking week....:shakes head:

Next step would be a law suite tired of the bullcrap. Thanks guys , I'll give my old insurance a call and see what can they do. I have thought of suing but what proof do I have other then videos and invoice. They have techs that stated they didn't find anything wrong.

Naum16 10-03-2013 10:49 AM

I have raised hell , the car had been looked over multipule times. Phone call after phone call I left the dam car there for 3 days

You've never sued anyone before, have you? Go get a lawyer. You'll win, and in six months (maybe) you'll have a working car. Go to the dealer now. Don't leave until you're satisfied. Make sure people in the waiting room overhear how you got sent home with an unsafe car.

I'll let you guys know what they say Thursday. I can't burn on them because they have dropped everything they where doing a few times to see what's wrong. All they go by is the specs are in line ?? What do specs have to do with possibly thread or bushing wear. All I have to say is man what am experience

Yes you can! The car is unsafe! Have the service advisor drive it and see if he agrees that there's nothing wrong.

Naum16 10-03-2013 10:56 AM

Nope, and it might just be the first . Thanks guys stay tuned for Thursday.

Take it to a good alignment shop (you should be able to find one close by by asking around) and get a second opinion. Don't just have them check camber/caster/&c, have them do a thorough inspection and test drive. If the alignment shop says everything is OK, then maybe you are just very sensitive to how the wide tires plus light car react to an uneven road surface. If they find something wrong, have them fix it and sue the original repairer.

Naum16 10-03-2013 11:11 AM

South art- Thad my plan I have An appointment with a different dealer. I told them my problem and they'll be sure to take care of it. Maybe it's going my way now

Naum16 10-16-2013 10:41 PM

Okay guys it has been I while and I apologize but my issuse has been solved and come to a conclusion. I don't remember the explanation very we'll but my poor steering on rough rounds had nothing to do with the steering rack but how the cars suspension(geography) was put back into place(spec) after lowering and raising it. Some bushings had to be replaced due to the suspension not flexing on roads like it should. Everything was taken car of and not a penny came out of my pocket !! It's a dream come true hahaha
