You won't have issues with these springs and spacers. I ran Swifts but I wanted more of a drop so I switched to Ark GT-S springs. Now my car is too low for my taste so I'm switching to coilovers.

So, Swifts are not low enough and ARK's are too low?

Any pictures of the gt-f installed?

Hopefully this helps. GT-F's with 305-30's.

Which springs would fall in between then?

That's what I was wondering, but gave up and switched to coilovers.

The current drop on the KW V1 is very close to the Ark GT-S so I'll raise it up a little.
