A Really Wierd Squeaking Noise

As I was getting into the car one morning in the garage the Z moved a bit and I heard a strange squeak noise. Got out and with the Z in gear started pushing it forward and letting it rock back and forth. Eventually took this video clip to document what I was/am hearing. Once in awhile when I back out I will hear a faint noise that sounds like what you hear when you run a wet finger around the edge of a crystal goblet. I normally only hear the noise when the car is parked in the garage and don't hear anything when I exit the garage or back out of the driveway. My son listened to it and neither he nor I can pinpoint an exact location except possibly in about the center of the underside. Anyone else run into this or have an idea what it might be? Its a 6 speed manual transmission and the emergency brake is not set.

I think you found the issue dudesky! I just went to the garage and the squeak was there although not quite as loud as in the video. I worked the e-brake handle up and down a couple of times and the squeak went away. Looks like the brake bands may be touching just enough to set up a vibration that makes the squeak sound like the crystal goblet thing. I do set the e-brake most times when I park although not when the Z is in the garage. I'll keep checking to be sure but I think you have solved the mystery.:tup:

Our local Nissan dealer closed their doors a while back so I don't have dealer to stop by for a quick look.
