Caliper Color/Advice

Suggestions for Type of Caliper Paint to Use? Where to get it?
Any DYIs on here? Any where? Is there a certain procedure to follow so that the paint sticks on pretty good?

I'm thinking Liquid/Hot Bright Yellow. It'll break necks with the Magma Red.

I used the duplicolor engine enamel. High heat up to 500: if your brakes get hotter than that your fluid is boiling. Here's the link.

I don't know about painting your sport calipers, it might look tacky considering they are already so sexy. If you have base brakes like me, you should paint them asap since they're ugly as skunk...

Those non-sports package brakes are fugly.

I agree with everyone use Mike the powercoating master!

If you do it yourself make sure to get the vinyl sticker to put back on it.

G2 Caliper Paint

I have used G2 Caliper Paint in red on my front Si’s calipers and love the gloss and durability of it. I have also noticed that every couple of years after break changes I sand down a little bit and re apply new coats (even though not needed I just like to re-update) the break caliper looks glossier and richer every time. This product is awesome! Here is the link and they sell it in tons of colors. G2 Brake Caliper PaintSystem Set

If you can save and get a bbk then do so. Especially if you get a nice set of wheels. Although I can respect you trying to make the best out of what you got.
