How do you plan on pressurizing them?

I work on aircraft. I have access to 3000 PSI N2

BC wants $225 + shipping to change an "O" ring, put in "X" fluid and pressurize to "Y".

Interesting...guess I better keep any eye out. Thanks

Nevermind, ER's have a charge port.

Well, I don't know what BR typically runs in their shocks but hook up a dry break connector and measure another shock to see what it is. Also, they make shock oil in various viscosity so you would need that information from BR as well.

Oil weight is easy to find out. Test fluid in the leaking shock

Qty, I can measure the volume in the good shock. This would be a last resort!

Pressure, a gauge on the srvice port, again If someone has this data it sure would help.

RA did a custom valve job on this set of shocks. I'll call them tomorrow. Hope to have better luck th I did with BC.

I will never have any of there products again.
