Sportline springs Eibach

Just wondering are these springs out yet? i want to get my hands on a set... the pro kit by eibach is fine but i want my car a tad bit lower...

kgreen 06-22-2009 10:42 PM

how much lower are they?

simota1 06-22-2009 11:00 PM

Im assuming... they are at least an inch drop... cuz the pro kit is 0.9 in front and i think 0.8 in the rear.... the sportline springs are known to lower ur car much lower rather than the pro kit,..... so around there.... im shooting for a 1.2 drop all around hopefully... if not then i guess im gonna get me a damper kit... which sucks cuz... it burns a hole on my pocket...

We'll see if Eibach's position changes, but as I've last heard they do not have Sportline's currently planned.

That being said on my behalf, I'll do my diligence and confirm that with Eibach in the morning to see if things have shifted, and they have decided to put these into production..

thanks for the reply

yes that is nice of you! thanks!

Confirmed again with Eibach. At this point they have no intentions of developing a Sportline kit for the 370Z.

Pro-Kits however are in stock and shipping: STILLEN : Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering Kit

Just the thread I was looking for. Can someone please tell me if installing aftermarket springs voids your warranty? Thanks!

Acura doesn't void. As far as I am concerned, suspension (struts and springs) isn't under warantee anyways due to natural wear and tear.

Yeah if you have any problems with your car and it seems like you have bottomed out the slightest bit and they see the springs they will not cover it. I had an 06 civic si dropped with the sportline and I ran into some problems with me airbag and they said it was cuz of the drop and wouldnt cover it at which point i had to go to extremely measures if you know what i mean ,, wink, wink.
