camber arm install question
I am lowered on swifts and am running low offset rims. Will my clearances be negatively affected by replacing camber arms. Front? rear?
|
Well fender clearance might be if you adjust/fix your camber back to factory spec (meaning the top of the tire will be closer to the fender lip) but it isn't a factor of the arms, just of the suspension geometry... I actually found that my car bottoms out less once I reset the alignment I guess because there is more tire taking the shock...
Not 100% sure if that is what you were asking though. You might not need front camber arms for swifts btw. |
yeah I am running an 11 inch rim in the rear with a+12 offset. so you are saying i will have less clearance in the rear?
|
Depending on how tucked in your wheels are, if you bring the camber too positive, it could rub on the fender at the top. Other than that, I can't see an issue.

you might have to switch to a 15mm spacer instead of the 20mm you have on now.

Changed my sig. No more spacers.
