feeling a pop.

I notice a light pop whenever I make very sharp turn coming from the front wheels? Its only when a make a sharp turn like a U turn. I don't hear the pop I just feel it whenever i turn. Any one might know what this is? Thanks

It is your tires... our summer tires skip when you turn sharply, especially when they are cold.

I dont think its my tires. Its pretty hot here in houston around 85-90. Could it be the bushing or a endlink?

this has been mentioned before. its normal and has to do with turning radius and steering geometry. its the front tire skipping as you make the turn.

i notice it on smooth nice concrete like in a parking garage. not so much on rough street concrete.

i actually took mine in to the dealer for this..
we put it up on the rack - looked all around - checked the bushings and linkages - all were good..

the master tech confirmed he could feel it also - pretty easy to duplicate if you are on smooth level ground - i turn the wheel all the way to the right and back up - as if out of a parking space..

in the end - no nissan recommendation - nothing really bad happening.

Hmm. I've noticed that a few times too and wondered about it. Thanks for clarifying.
