Brake Booster Eliminator
 

Does anyone know of this. Pretty interesting IMO. Not sure if made for the our cars yet.

Nice! My 69 Vette didn't have a vacuum assist and it stopped like a mother. More push force on the peddle for a more controllable application of the breaks. It's like going from an 8 bit output to 24.

Nice. I just got done talking to a guy that runs one with his G35 and loves it. Great pedal feel but does take a little bit more leg to use. Saves a good bit of weight also.

Wouldn't that screw up the ABS and the EBD?

The guy I spoke to said it doesn't effect ABS. But it was also brought to my attention from another person that it may induce ice mode easier.

Has anyone ever pulled this off in the 370z?

d you really want to be screwing around with your brakes, the booster serves a purpose.

Does brake booster come in only 7at cars for the Z/G37? I guess if you have a really sensitive right foot and is skillful, brake booster would be a hinderance to brake feel.

I remember the brake booster actually caused me problem in my 240sx. My car was automatic. In that platform, only auto tranny cars have brake booster to counter the additional braking effort. Without knowing that, I did a 300zx bbk conversion up front on my non ABS car, and i could lock up the fronts at will, hot cold wet dry didn't matter. None of the others had this problem (since everybody that mod 240sx would pick up a manual transmission car).

Lol I remember getting caught by a red light camera, and the video showed me locking up my fronts, smoked up the fronts, and just skid str8 into the intersection. I still had to pay the fine.
