Sway Bar Installation Question
For the rear sway bar...since you have to unbolt the exhaust...is it necessary to replace the gasket? I installed my Berk a few months ago and wasn't sure if I should replace the gasket or not.
Thanks guys! |
No you don't. I've unbolted my exhaust a dozen times in the last year with no issues. It's noting to really worry about.

Hey Josh, what sway bars did you get?
I got the Whiteline front, rear, and rear end links... Waiting for warmer weather to install them. |
Thanks for the responses guys...saved me some money. :)
I am getting ready to order the Stillen kit...just waiting for Josh to PM me back. |
I have the Berk exhaust and Stillen sway bars. I was able to install the rear sway bar without having to unbolt the exhaust. I only took the exhaust out of the hangers. It takes some fiddling to get the sway bar in and it would probably have been easier had I unbolted the exhaust. But I didn't want to have to worry about the gaskets.
