That's really to much camber for the rear anyways. Even if your were tracking it.

Why would you buy front and rear arms only to leave the camber in the rear @-2.4 your front was @-1.9 camber sound like you spent all that money for nothing. :shakes head:

Agreed.

I rarely track my car. I wanted my car a bit lower and my camber slightly aggressive over the stock settings so I can still get good tire wear. I'm happy with the front camber and curious about the lefts caster's setting. I would rather have my rear at -2.0 but I'm limited by the toe now.

I'm wondering if the SPC Toe bolt would help me in the rear?

Yes that would fix the problem.

hey guys... does anyone have any insight about a using a camber bolt in the rear instead of replacing the arm?

my aftermarket shop suggested this to me, but I thought I'd hop on here and ask people with experience before I went placing orders

Put the arms on they are super easy to adjust ,exactly like a tie rod end.

^^ Baer, whats the benefit of the arm over the camber bolt?

I'm not sure if they make camber bolt for the 370:icon14:

But the adjustable camber arms bolt in exactly in the same spot as the oem but it has an adjustment that lengthens it or shortens it.

I do all my own work on my car including suspension and alignment so for some one who works on cars for a living told you to use a camber bolt instead I would ask them why and I bet you they don't have a real good reason,Spc makes really good stuff it is not junk all my suspension parts that were replaced were replaced with Spc.

Greater range of adjustability.

SPOHN 12-14-2011 05:59 AM

Usually when lowering our cars it increases negative camber to to the point the camber bolts don't have enough adjustability to get back to spec. We all know that. What I'm getting at is once you use the after market camber arms and get back to spec or whatever you desire the next alignment after that they could just use the camber bolt to adjust. Most likely your camber won't be off that much to get correct. Either way it doesn't matter.

I just installed swifts last weekend and ONLY did the camber arms. When i went to get the alignment the technician said that the toe was adjusted back to stock specs and everything is still fine as of today

^^ alright so camber arm > camber bolt it is!
