Megan Coilovers Damper suspension or Rims?

I have a Base 370z and I want to make my car look nice, but I don't really know what to get first. I don't really like the rims of the base model it bugs me for some reason. what do you guys think I should do, Get the coilovers and drop the car with the regular rims or buy some nice rims and get lowering springs instead?
Please help me I need some advise.

if you're thinking megans to save $ i would get swift springs instead + rear camber arms, and some nice aftermarket wheels with specs like this: 19x9 ET27 and 19x10.5 ET12

since you got non-sport brakes you wont have to worry much about brake caliper clearance.

The thing is if I get the swift lowering spring will that handle going into the mountains? because I go on canyon runs/mountain runs. would that be fine? I heard from alot of ppl its best to get full coilovers.

It would be best to get coils, but just not Megans. There are several better brands to choose from so save your $$ until you can afford one of those. Lowering springs + Camber arms till cover you through the mountains just fine.

quick question whats wrong with megan coilovers? is it because its not a good name brand or is it because they actually suck? I was just wondering because I dont know much about them

They are more towards the lower end in terms of brands. If you were going to try and get a cost effective set, the BC Racing sets come in different price ranges to suit, as a good entry level coil. Then you could look at Teins or K&Ws if you wanted to go towards the top end.

But a good set of springs and sways will do just fine in the mountains if that's the hardest you plan to go. If your wallet is a concern and you're not going to track it, a coil set is a bit of overkill.
