thats not a bad idea...but thatd be total overkill for anyone with a nismo z :icon18:

lets count where nismo is visible on the current nismo 370z:

1. performance damper in the front grill - clearly visible if you look into the opening
2. driver seat
3. passenger seat
4. speedometer
5. # plaque
6. each wheel (i could count it as 4 times...but i wont)
7. rear emblem
8. engine cover - if you happen to open the hood..

Since I don't have these things anymore, I can get my calipers powdercoated and it won't look as tacky! :tup:

yikes!
thats assuming you dig around. someone glancing at your car or seeing it drive by wouldnt see most of that. Just the ones on the caliper and the one on the back of the car.

Hey thats my caliper. Thanks again mike I tried to be a little different from what I have seen. Also it's going on a non nismo edition 350z.

Sweet, I hope you like them! I see they were delivered today. I just did another set for Z32 in metallic black with that logo for a zdayz giveaway

Sadly, not this year. I'm thinking of going next year. I want to bring my wife, but she's worried about leaving the kids so far away for so long.

Hey Mike,

I just had my Nismo rims powder coated black. However, I did not get the plastic center caps powder coated because they're plastic.

Is it possible to have them powder coated despite being plastic?

no, I took mine to a body shop and had them painted to match the powdercoat. You can also just try spray paint.
