If you can afford coilovers then do it right the first time. You will be able to choose your ride height, adjust dampening, and have the same shock travel no matter how low you go.

On my 350z i did Tanabe springs and it rode ok but not great (bounced more)
Put BC racing coilovers on later and it is what i should have done in the first place, no bouncing, ride was very comfortable but stiff around corners.

If price is the issue then go springs. but don't expect much besides looks. Unless you replace the struts as well and at that point you might as well just gone with coilvovers.

Most people that just want a slight drop without too much compromise in ride quality go with swifts. They seem to work really well on our cars and provide about a 1" drop. A lot of people, like myself, have been able to get within or almost within stock camber specs with swifts as wellu

BC Coils, about 1.25 front and rear. Will be trying to get the front to 1.5.

with coilovers are you able to adjust the height? (newbie speaking)
