Since I have no prior experience with Coilovers, Please Contact: Don at Tanabe for the technical info and detail of what the improvements are. My first impressions are good, and they do feel a little stiffer than my stock shocks. I'll be hopefully having a good opportunity this Weekend to get on them, and push them. Stay tuned. :driving:

Looks great. But I wouldn't want a soft ride at all. Maybe they'll be different. Could someone shine in on what the helper springs do? I've read about them years ago but can't recall at the moment.

helper springs, which aid in rebound stability through corners and over road imperfections. They also serve the additional function of keeping the main spring under proper preload.

From the website :tiphat:

How do they feel Trips? Also, what is the final ride height? I know that you won't be hitting the canyons for long at that ride height!

I'm sitting close to an 1" lower than i was on the Eibachs
Which leaves me with about 3" of ground clearance :ugh:
I'll raise it backup tomorrow.
I still need some driving time to really give a good assessment.

Yikes, that is low! I'm sure you will give them a run for their money at Ojai lol.

Hey guys, wanted to give you my first hand experience with them since my car was the one used for the R&D. I can say the ride was just like stock and handled better while on spirited driving. These are a good choice for those not wanting to spend the extra money for fully adjustable coil overs. Just my :twocents: since I know this would be out soon.

Our Vendor corner3garage is taking orders?
