Whether or not you need a camber kit will be mostly determined by how much you lower the car.

With less than an 1" you are probably O.K. - I say probably because manufacturing tolerances vary. Anything 1" or above and a camber kit is likely to be required - or at least recommended.

I'm assuming your goal is to get lower and still keep the alignment within factory specs.

The rear gains more camber than the front due to the different suspension configurations. The rear is a simple multi-link with a single axis of rotation, where as the front is a double control arm which moves in a more vertical plane.
