I swapped to the sport brakes a while back and you do need the hard lines that go to the caliper.

Brakes

I am upgrading the brakes on my base 1020, 370z I damaged the nipple inside the caliper brake linen, can that be fixed. (Stock brake lines wil not work I proved it!) Do I need to buy a new caliper?

Which nipple?

 upgraded from the 19s to the 18s? Dont know if I would call it an upgrade... but for winter wheels or something , it would be a winter upgrade... but still a little confused lol

If you look inside the caliper where the brake line goes there is a little nipple inside where the line seals. well I tightened the stock lines and crushed that little nopple now I am afrraid if I dont get that fixed the line will leak. However my question is can that be fixed I dont want to but another caliper if I dont have too?

I'm pretty sure I know what you're talking about and I'm not sure if that is a permanent piece of the caliper or not. But I will reference you to these two links. One is RCZ's how to rebuild thread for the caliper and the other is the parts page for the front caliper.
