something mightve gotten between your pad and rotor maybe? you should thoroughly check on all your brakes. Most likely a minor problem

Brakes make noise when you first start driving. If the rotors were wet, you'll hear some abrasive sounds when you first start driving at low speeds. This should go away with a few uses of the brakes. Judging from your posts, you should go to the dealer if the sound persists or is more severe.

If it was immediately after starting the car it may a self-check of the ABS.
