Yes but unless you know what needs to be adjusted it's useless. That's why there are different setting for different driving styles.

Endlinks are VERY important...those are more likely to snap then anything else...bigger bars need stronger endlinks..No the endlinks are separate and do not come with the rear bar as a kit..

Because people are willing to pay extra. It doesn't make sense but thats what you get if you go with some high end aftermarket companies. ftl
