I have new pads even though I don't need them, not sure why I bought them but I was going to do ebc red stuff all around since I picked up rear pads for a deal but ended up getting z1 ceramics for the front. So when the time comes I'll install all those. If I didn't need extra stopping power because of the added power I have I would go with centric posi like mentioned above.
