2017 Nismo stock Brake hoses

What do they look like? I'm under the impression, or seem to remember, that Nismo's came stock with SS hoses.

My image of SS braided hoses is, a clear or colored plastic sheath allwong you to see the SS braiding. ( I have goodridge on my Xterra).

What I see on my 2017 Nismo, is a black rubber hose, as you would see on traditional oem brakes.

My understanding is that SS hoses are also teflon inner, wrapped by the SS braiding.

Mine sure dont look like either.

I have pictures but dont know how to post

Checking my 2017 sales brochure, it states: "High Rigidity brake hoses"
In other words, thicker rubber hoses. LOL.

well, let's start with:

and Nismos did NOT come with stainless steel lines. Very few factory cars do unless you've got a high performance variant that leans heavily toward track use, because stainless steel lines are less durable than rubber

As I said, my sales brochure gave the answer. As for posting pics, I'm trying to avoid 3rd party hosting sites. Just too many apps, passwords and BS to post a pic.

I understand it costs money to have those features on a site, so I'm not blaming the370z.com.

Would love to hear what a "High rigidity" Brake hose is? I'm kidding of course. Nissan just used a fancy word for rubber to make Nismo sound techy. :yum:
