Camber/toe on swift r tech springs
 

I have read a bunch on the forum, I plan on gettting Switf R Tech Springs, and I see multiple opinions on getting rear camber kits and front camber arms and such.

Can someone who has gotten these springs or other springs for example Eibach and H&R springs, gotten the alignment after the sit in period, and did not get any camber or toe kits tell me how far off their alignment was? What do you guys recommend in specific as a cheapest option to fix any camber to a decent state?

For example would I be able to get SPC rear camber toe bolts without anything else?

I am not looking for a perfect track ready car, I just want to lower a bit with a street drive. Please no comments on "go look up these links about questions already asked which don't have answers to my questions", I don't need to relook at threads or to look at posts answering something entirely else than asked. Thanks!

Thanks for the half assed **** answer. Really informed me alot on whatever you said no to.

There are many threads covering this. You probably won’t need front camber arms. You will Almost certainly need rear camber arms, and would benefit from toe bolts. Just get SPL rear camber arms and spc toe bolts (the bolts are only like $30) and get an alignment. You should be good to go.

Your question, “toe bolts without anything else”, sure you can, but you should get the rear camber arms at a minimum.

Keep in mind, some people manage to use swift springs and magically keep everything in spec using stock parts. So if you are willing to risk two alignments, just install the springs and see your alignment results for more guidence on what parts you need. Have fun.

This topic has been beaten to death, so your claim of "read a bunch on the forum" rings a bit hollow. Hence, CRiZO's response.

Anyway, Gooch is dead on point.

I had to get both FUCA and rear camber arms and toe bolts when I went to use Swift springs. Every car is different.
And this has been discussed to death in the forums.

the rear camber adjustment is quite limited. it will be over a bit, but some just live with it.

I have Swift's on Nismo dampers. You don't need camber arms or toe bolts to get within spec. Been on Swift's for a couple years now and run occasional track days.

A very popular setup to get your car back to OE alignment spec would be this:

Swift Spec R + SPL Rear Camber Arms + SPC Toe Bolts

That you can take to your alignment guy and they will be able to adjust it for you, no problem. Some people can get away with just the SPC Toe Bolts, but some people need to get the rear camber arms.
