suspension clicking sound

ok so after numerous trial and errors and countless hours on the forum trying to figure out some possibilities, i have to post here.

So i have this clicking sound when turning the steering wheel left and right but with only while the wheels are rolling. it sounds like it primarily is coming from the front right side of the car and initally thought it was something with the suspension. took the shock/spring off, inspected everything but the sound is still there. recently replaced the outer tie rod thinking it might be a bad ball joint. nope, still there. now i dont know what it could be and feel like im just replacing parts that are still good without finding a fix. now i need to get an alignment after the tie rod was replaced but would like to fix whatever it is that is causing the issue before the alignment just in case it needs to be aligned after the fix. my other thought is to replaced the whole steering rack and pinion but feel that i might still have the issue even after.

oh by the way the car has never been lowered, it is still on the stock suspension, car is a base 2010 with about 65000 miles on it

Any thoughts or suggestions????
