brake click/ pop

OK so i have searched the forum and also the web , long story short after i had a brake job completed all OEM i started to get a pop in reverse when i would be reversing and applying the brakes . After the technician diagnosed he said it was the pad being slightly too short and replaced with new OEM pads and the sound went away .. well fast forward a month and when i am slowly backing up if you tap the brakes you get the click or pop .. only happens in reverse , is this a common issue i may have just become hypersensitive to or do you feel its worth continuously chasing? Putting a feeler out there to see if anyone can duplicate this sound usually backing up from an incline turning can really make it sound but also if you drive forward on flat ground a bit stop put in reverse and then tap your brake pedal while idling in reverse i can get it to click or pop every time you press the pedal. I may just be hearing the pad movement in the caliper just is annoying none the less. Thanks for any input

That was what was assumed before they replaced the pads i got that TSB done on the car , this is only when depressing the brakes , i have a appt this week to stay there with the car until we can isolate it , after speaking with other Nissan Techs they are saying its possible its a lubrication issue with "normal" movement of the pads ... just is super annoying !

Ive recently been hearing the same thing, a quick 'click'.

Happens at the same two places every day I take the car out:

After reversing out of the garage and applying the brakes in the driveway.

Then after driving forward and stopping the first stop sign at the end of my street.

It seems like only after applying the brakes, after a change in direction (forward/reverse). Sounds like some movement of the pads.

How many miles are you guys getting out of the factory brake pads? I am at 28k miles on original.

That does not sound like the rear axle click to me.
