The new front end doesn't look as long as the 09-14 nismo is why I'm asking, and if your prices are better i'll be ordering here instead.

Thanks for your time :tiphat:

Front Fascia: $370
Front red pieces/finishers: $49 each
Running lights: $678 each
Front Nismo emblem: $110

Just placed my order. Thx Juan, can't wait to get the parts on :).

lesper4 09-19-2014 01:28 PM

Juan, I can delete this post if you like?

I have a guy who is interested in doing some custom DRL to save some money compared to the OEMs We are trying to get interest and suggestions.

aszyd 09-19-2014 03:07 PM

PM sent for the little bits, the big bits have already arrived.

Juan@Fontana 09-19-2014 03:41 PM

That is absolutely fine with me, I understand some of the parts and Nissan's pricing behind it is somewhat unrealistic. if it makes you guys feel any better R35 DRL's are like a grand each haha.

I'm open to aftermarket solutions myself as we do it all the time for our own cars, sometimes it just makes more sense. please get with me about going aftermarket i would be interested on what that guy has to offer.

lesper4 09-19-2014 07:58 PM

By the way Juan, do you guys have a shop you use for painting, I am assuming they would be local?

KaienZ34 09-19-2014 11:19 PM

Juan is the man...

COSMO 09-20-2014 08:58 PM

aszyd 09-20-2014 10:05 PM

Could you please describe what these "protectors" are? I did a test fit of the new bumper and found that the base front fender liners do not match. Are the protectors for the fender liners, or are they a different part? If so, do you have an idea on pricing for the new liners?

Bananaz 09-21-2014 09:34 PM

This is awesome. I'll need a new front bumper eventually. she's got too many chips and all :(

KaienZ34 09-22-2014 12:29 PM

I Have attached a picture of the bumper protectors, i assume this is probably the gap you have that we are talking about. the bumper protectors part number is in red, the grilles by the DTRL's is in green.

if you are looking to replace the fender liners, for some reason they are a Nismo only part number. I'm curious as to why that is Nissan has never done that in the past Z generations they usually only change the lower air dam / splash guard.

The Fender lines would cost you $42.99 each if you did want to add them to your car.

-Juan

P.S. Everyone else will be getting PM's today I'm playing catch up!

aszyd 09-22-2014 10:35 PM

Wonderful!

The part, in red, looks like it may fill the gap. Now I also know why there are three holes on the lower wheel well.

I posted this in another thread, but here it is on the car.

by the looks of things, looks like to have a 100% complete OE install you'll want to get both the protectors and the splash shields / fender liners.

we don't have a color code for it meaning it'll more than likely be unpainted. I'll double check with you as soon as we land a 2015 Nismo Z.

on that same note, got another complete kit ready to ship!
