Yes. The screws provided by the EVOR are driven into the bumper to make new holes. 3 for the mid, 4 per side (one in wheel well). Total of 11 new holes. Paint is extra 100.

This lip kit won't fit the evo r center carbon fiber fang cover? I have the knock off sunline lip and it mounts perfect.
