can you remove the backing? i dont need it since im gonna put it on an aftermarket bumper and it wont have the divets on the underside

I think you can order these without the back plates! Get them man.. its so nice:)

im thinking of getting them and hacking them up a bit... id like to make them a full circle :tup: what do you guys think....

That's what I am doing. I ordered a back-plate anyway, since it is the same price with or without, but I want the paint to show through. Don't have to use it if you don't want to. I wonder how high the emblem will sit up due to the tape on the amuse front and rear.

Please post picks and your description once you get them put on.

Also, do these come with adhesive already on them? And do you have to file down/cut the knobs from the old emblems off?

@cooltoy ive seen that red emblem... its from a 300zx right? i think its pretty nice the only thing is that its kinda small.... :( i like these emblems since they are the size of the oem ones.... ill keep you guys posted

Mine came with the 3M tape already stuck onto the back side of the emblem (I got it with backing plate as well). Once i took off the original nissan emblem, i did have to file down the "knubs" that stick out from the bumper that keep the original emblem in place on both the front and back.

^ Well those answers contradict each other lol.

Got a chance to take better quality pictures today of the install..

Much better in the hi-res pics. Goes well with the license plate
