Do these LEDs turn off completely after you shut the door or lock the doors?
I ask this because I had LED map lights for my G and they would never turn completely off, like you could still see them faintly. I just dont want to come back to a dead battery...again :ugh2:

you had LED's kill your batter?? how long did the car sit?

Rarely does that happen, but sometimes yes we've seen it.

They won't kill your battery unless you don't start it for weeks or months.

They're using hardly any power when that happens.

Yeah I had it sitting for a couple weeks cuz I have another car for a daily driver.

Has anyone installed the red map/dome lights? I'm curious on your opinion. I'm indecisive between the red or white. Red looks pretty cool, but I don't know if it would really come in handy if I needed to read/look for something.

Red is actually really popular. It's a color that you have to get used to. I only suggest it for those looking to add a custom color.

White I like for reading. They're very bright though so be warned.

I would invest in a battery tender/maintainer. I use the Ctek 7002.

wondering what the "Add on tag light led bulbs (2)" means. Extra LEDs? and for the Canada first class mail what is the average time for a major city? and do you have the spec of the LEDs? 9 pod. Watts and voltage per led.
