Guys, try not to abandon ship so quickly. Vivid only has so many sales reps, and only 1 of them is on the370.com as well as several other forums. He will get to you when he can.

I can certainly respect that. But I do feel taking over 2 weeks to come back to a forum after you posted up a thread about new products that you carry is a little excessive.

Maybe so but then again you have to remember, this isn't the only forum they're on. They deal with several types of cars and each of them having their own forum needing representation. And again, they only have 1 rep for ours. And honestly, in comparing 2 weeks to some other wait times for things... that's honestly not that bad at all. It's no different than ordering from Japan direct and having to wait < 6 months for it to come into the country.

So just try to cut them a little slack, I know it's not cool. But I also know them personally and can vouge that they're not just blowing you guys off.
