That's too bad, I had no issues with my light yet. I know Matt had dead leds on arrival and was sent a brand one.....surprised you didn't get a new one!

^^Yes it's quite ridiculous. It's seems that he just doesn't want to respond but logs on here everyday. I don't understand why.

Maybe we should get a MOD on this? I am sure they can help you resolve it too since he is a sponsor on the site..........

While response was slow, I was sent a replacement within a week of receiving the first one. Second one was either used or at the very least it was tested since the wires were already stripped. Hope you get yours soon, it really is a nice product once it works.

A similar issue with communication, or lack there of, not with the light. I have a manufacturing/quality issue with a carbon fiber part.

No, I bought the B pillars. The driver side B pillar has a blemish under the clear coat that is very noticeable. I haven't and won't install it on my car because it looks bad. I was also using this as a "test" before I dove into buying their other parts (mirror caps, rear diffuser, etc). After several years worth of dealing on the internet, this is my first bad deal.

I'm sure he'll take care of it, seems like it just takes a while!
