I'm in the same situation.

Sent another PM to him... never got a callback. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that he is just busy. Will wait for Friday just for some sign of life then I'll request my refund (thank god for paypal).

Funny thing is he is signing in almost once or twice everyday but doesn't seem to respond. How do you request a refund on Paypal?

Well that doesn't make me feel better.

You open up a dispute that you didn't receive the item you paid for... the seller has to prove they shipped the item. If they can't, paypal refunds the buyer and deducts the amount from the seller. I'd hold off for a bit though... I know that SEMA is a busy time for some of these guys but there really is no excuse to not return an email/phone call/ or PM even if the item wasn't shipped yet.

Thank you. Yes some type of update or any update would be fine. It's not that hard to make a post, I usually post from my iPhone which takes a few seconds which anyone can do from their own phone. Just saying.
