Can I opt for the 135mm Stands like the Ings Z-Power wing? And use the Type-B endplates instead? How much would that be and would it be available for immediate delivery?

Being that we only have the spec we ordered from Japan, anything different than what we have here must be specially ordered. The average lead time in that takes 3-4 months.
