Thanks Lohit. 3M vhb tape and bolts I suppose. And how deep into the bumper? 5 - 6 inches all the way around?

Also not a fan of the screen. Needs to be gapped closer or paint the reservoirs. That's just personal taste though. I'm sure there are many options out there.

Great job Lohit!

Thanks sir :tiphat:

Yes; tape and bolts. If you run it more than an inch out front, we recommend splitter rods connected to the chassis. As for depth, it's about 8" all around.

Painting the reservoirs is definitely the right move. Tighter gapped mesh may restrict airflow.

How did you match the silver? There are 17 to 20 different variations of the brilliant silver that came out of the factory with same paint code.

The customer gave us his gas door to color match to. That said, this particular Z has always been garaged and is rarely driven, so the K23 color code was very very close to begin with.

Can't tell you how many necks were broken this weekend after I picked her up from getting the body work done. This bumper is amazing!

So....would this match up to the Nismo kit and are the vents directed toward the brakes or we still need to add cooling hoses and ducts ?

The bumper itself will fit on a NISMO, no problem. As for cooling; our customer w/ the silver Z above (User 1087; Stillen Supercharged) noticed a drop in oil temps compared to the stock bumper. As for the Fuji side vents; I'm sure they do somewhat function to cool brakes; but customizing w/ ducting directed to the brakes behind the vents would probably be recommended for true track applications. :tiphat:
