What's your average fuel economy?

Hi guys... was just playing around with my Z today at the average fuel economy record. Mine is like 20L/100km's ... but i'm learning manual so lots of start/stop driving and probably not changing gears soon enough. Just curious what others are getting?

If I drive around town (short distance), I get around 13.6l / 100kms

If I do highway driving, I get around 10 l / 100kms.

I do on average 400Km per week mainly just getting to work & getting 9.9L/100Km. On the highway at 110k/h getting 8.0L/100Km

Right now the little screen in my Z says 20.4mpg

i'm getting about 550 before i refill, no hwy driving & with occasional hard driving. Its a 7SP AT btw.

With weekly freeway travel I get 640-650km per tank.
With suburban driving I get about 580km.
Manual mode often gives me about 550-560km per tank.

I average about 12 litres per 100 with a lot of highway driving and a fair bit of fanging.

If you press the Nav Status button a few times is cycles through the audio stuff then brings up your average fuel usage in a blue box.

Just did a trip to Melbourne from Wodonga and back sitting on 110k/h the majority of the way with and average of 8L/100Km. Average driving around town is about 12L/100Km which in my opinion is not too bad considering I drive it reasonably hard.

That’s not bad at all, in fact pretty good! How was the long drive on the hwy? was it comfortable?

I found the road surface made for a very noisy ride. However, my previous car a Silvia S15 was the same fitted with Potenza S03's. My Wife was asleep for most of the way so it couldn't of been too bad. I found the seats comfortable and it was a lot of fun to drive making the time pass by quickly.

o and the improved Bose system should have made the road noise better : )

When I was running in the car I was getting about 640-660km per tank which coming from a 350z Is bloody amazing for me!

The 350 had a 10L bigger tank and even if I drove like a granny, I would be lucky if I passed the 450 mark...

Ah the good ol S15, I had one of those. Geez I missed it when I got rid of it, I think I missed it more than when I passed in the 350 that came after it. The S15 helped me fall in love with the Pearl White.
