Heya guys in melb also. Z arrive on boat 6th aug so assume i will get it a few weeks after that. Let me know when there is a melb meet up, i will be there.

So whats the expected delivery date for most people? Mid August?

Just out of interest, my Z has a build date of 07/09 and was at the dealer on the 22/07/09, so it doesn't take long from build to customer.

I'm keen for a Melb meet as soon as a few of us have Z's, even if you don't it'll still be good to put a face to a name.

Well I have no date yet, but he tells me maybe 2 weeks from now.... So I guess I'll just have to sit tight...

I saw a yellow 370z in Box Hill today and saw a red one going down Cheltenham rd. It'll be cool to get all the colours on the first Melb cruise! If I only had a sign with this site on it handy :( Lol.

lol I hardly see them on the road, I've probably seen the same yellow one you saw around the area... Mine lands at the docks on the 15th and was told I should have it before the 25th so not too long now... hopefuly...

I've only seen a couple of the ZCARs around and one privately owned in the CBD. But nothing around the SE suburbs:(

Im told its arriving in September whatever that means...

Just recieved a call from my dealership. Said my car has arrived in the docks and should take 7-10days to arrive at dealership. So looking at late september early Oct.

The thing is, I dont get my license back till the 21Oct!! So its going to kill me knowing my car is waiting for me and I cant drive it

Mine is due to arrive shortly too. Maybe it was on the same boat as you? Dealer told me ETA is this Friday? Damn, now i'm really getting excited!

Yes for Melbourne, apparently the boat is due to come in this Friday. Does anyone know how it works... would there be like a monthly shipment? Oh also... does anyone know the name of the boat? There's a site where you can look up when a boat docks.

There was a Black,White,Yellow and Brilliant Silver in stock... but I wanted Titanium =)

They told me it was a September ship but it could be early October until it hits the Dealership..

Yeah they always said september/october right from the start. It's been a very long wait.

Guys, If the boat arrives on Friday, you should get it possibly mid to late next week. (In Melbourne that is). If you live interstate, you have to factor in trucking it. I got mine in about 4-5 days (if i remember correctly) after it arrived at the docks... but I'm in Melbourne...so are the docks lol

I've ordered a Titanium AT, the car will be deliveried in Mar 2010, definately will cruise with you guys once I've taken delivery of the 370Z. Can't wait...

BTW, I will be going for a drive with a few friends & colleagues this Sunday morning with my S15. There are mixture of cars, S5, STI, SLK350, GTI, R32 and yes, a 370z as well.
