Clear Car Bra Film Finshed and Done

Just thought I would post my views on getting this Car Bra Clear Film installed today in Melbourne.
The Guys came to my place and done the job which I prefered not having to risk getting stone chips going to there place.
Im really pleased with the results and at present time have no regrets. These guys from Ozisheild are very proffesional and bloody good at installing the clear film. They do not rush and took there time installing the product which the end result is fantastic.
You can see the line across the bonnet but only in certaiin light and angles. Apart from that most people looking at the car would not notice it. I was nervous about getting it done but now pleased I went ahead.

This is the name of the company and Contact Number.

I will post photos of job in a few days....

Hi Majestik

$1100 which I thinks is a pretty good price to some of the quotes I got.

Its a father and son team and they have been doing it for the last 5 years.

24th maybe a possability but cant say yes untll saturday cause of work commitments.

Upon reading up on the Ozisheild site I couldn't help but realise that there are no details of a warranty of workmanship or against discoloration anywhere :(

I have requested a quote, but to be honest, their T&Cs page has got me a little concerned...

"Warranty Disclaimer This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied."

Perhaps this is referring to the website only and not the workmanship?.....

Not sure I'm a fan of the line clearly visible accross the bonnet/fender, can you get film that covers the entire bonnet? If you can, I personally probably would have forked out the extra money for it, it's the main reason I haven't had it done on mine yet.

Anyone know any reputable installers in WA? Might have to suss out some pricing.

I am more than happy with the results and its been 2 months since done. I apply plex spray which they recommend when first getting it done. I am totaly rapped in getting it done and i have not got any stone chips yet. I feel more relaxed driving the car and takes the worry out of trucks and flying stones. the base price was $875 but for the $1100 i got the seals done, around the back of the car and windscreen pillows.

Would get it done again if I PURCHASED A NEW CAR..

I got this done on my car a few days after i got it. These guys are in Artarmon, and it's $700 for the complete front, mirrors, and around the boot edges. For an extra $300 they put paint protection on there also, and takes a day in total. I had paint protection previously, and it didn't seem to do anything. These guys use some good stuff and you can definitely notice the paint protection working.

Anyway, I digress... you can see the line, but it doesn't bother me at all. You can't cover the whole bonnet as the film isn't that big. They do some sections in parts, so if you were to do the whole bonnet, it'd be 2 pieces of film.

They're fantastic, really know their stuff... always good to see a few ferraris in the work shop, you know it must be good stuff.
