Steering Wheel Control Wires
 

I just installed a Android Double Din Car DVD Player in the base unit 370z. Everything works fine and am happy with all the features. Very Cool ! I wanted to determine if I could connect the steering wheel controls. The HU is a generic Chinese model, maybe Ouku, but they do not attach a brand or name to my HU. It has a Key1 & Key2 wires for steering control and a menu interface on the HU to select your controls. Similar to many Chinese models. The manufacturer states that the units interface will work with analog steering wheel controls only. If I can locate the steering wheel control wires coming from the car to the factor head unit, I could connect them to see if it works. I don't believe I need a aftermarket steering wheel control module. Just need to know what the color the wires are and and maybe what pin or plug they are on. can't seem to find in the forum someone coming out and saying that the steering wheel control wires are this and that........

Check the Access sticky at top. It has the pin # info in it.
