Bose System -- Need wiring color codes

I like the integrated system but it is weak. So, I am looking at using a good quality line output converter that would allow me to install an amp and decent speakers.

I am looking for the harness leading from the stock amp or stock brain and the color codes for these speakers. Just want to tap the line level outputs to the LL inputs of the LOC. Any help or links to see where it is located and what the wires look like will be appreciated.

Check the FSMs for wiring and connector details. You can find copies in the Nissan 370Z Owners Manual / Service Manuals section

Great. Thanks. I also found this somewhere, thanks to your link I will be able to tap line lever outputs and use a good quality LOC for external amps and upgraded speakers. Love this forum.

Which wires did you end up tapping for your LOC? I looked at plug going into Bose sub and it has 5 wires. Or do you tap somewhere else? I looked at the different links, but didn't really help as to where to tap.

Thanks!

pfdaxe did you find the answer to your question?..

I had a little confusion with the plugs going into the bose amp. there are two clips and i was not 100% which were the inputs or outputs.
i am guessing the clip with the smaller gauge wires would be input?

any help would be great!

I don't recall since it was a while back. I used a meter on the wires I believe.
