Adding OEM Navigation
I really regret not getting the OEM navigation -____-
Has anyone tried purchasing the whole setup off a car from the junk yard and installed it into theirs? Just curious if this has been done, and if so how hard was it ? lol thanks in advance |
Impossible. Been asked numerous times. Cheaper and easier to just trade your car in and get one with the nav.

OP look at it this way, a lot of people regret getting the stock NAV because you can not replace it. I would be one of those people that would never get factory nav if I could.

9960 is a slower unit. There is a lag from the time you press a button to the time it reacts. I have both units and luv the 9990HD |

The OEM Navigation system is just integrated to deep into the car to just throw it in. Also, I have been through the parts pricing (for other reasons) and lets just say the prices are heavily inflated. The screen used is over $1,000 with no mounting equipment or cables. |
