Burning CDRW's to the disk?
 

Hey guys, I am about to burn some cdrws for my hard disk. I assume that the hard drive is compatible with mp3 disks correct? It would be much better because you can burn a lot more songs as mp3 files over audio disks. thanks

I tried the same thing with little success. I have an 09 and the hard drive did recognize some of my homemade discs, BUT the name of the artist, song, etc did not display. This will be a problem when you try to sort and search for music on your hard drive. If you figure out a way to get the hard drive to recognize the test info on your cds, please let me know.

yeah I found out if you burn the songs as mp3 you cant record them in car so you need to make it a regular song disk in itunes.
