Got a new addition and need help with accessories

I just replaced the HU (Kenwood DDX719) of my Bose system and now have this...

...so now I need help in figuring out what to use to replace the rest of the Bose crap.

I don't like it really loud, but I do like to feel the bass. If it can sound as good as my vintage Pioneer SPEC home system, that would be great.

What's in that sub box....? It looks huge for that sub. But looks like a nice fit.

1.25 sq.ft. of empty space. Zenclosure is made for the Z. I'm trying to get the best sound for the out of the Z space that I can.

So far I have (2) Zapco Reference 350.2 amp (2 channel, 350watts) and a set of Focal 165KR component speakers (6.75" woofers, tweeters, crossovers) for the front.
I'm still looking for ideas with the sub. Is a JL Audio HD750/1 too much amp with a JL 10W7?
